About Pontec PondoMax Eco 12000
You asked for details about the Pontec PondoMax Eco 12000. The PondoMax Eco range is a Pontec family of submersible pond pumps commonly used for pond circulation, filters and waterfall features, but in the supplied first‑party research there is no pontec.com page, datasheet or manual entry that names an exact model called "PondoMax Eco 12000." Pontec’s official PondoMax Eco family manual and dealer catalogue (both hosted on pontec.com) list multiple family members (examples include 1500, 2500, 3500, 5000, 8000, 10000, 11000, 14000, 17000 and Control variants), and while the dealer catalogue contains performance tables in which the numeric value 12000 appears as a flow datapoint, it does not present a dedicated product entry for a model called "PondoMax Eco 12000." Because no first‑party product entry for that exact name exists in the supplied research, this record does not assert any numeric specifications (flow, head, power, cable length, capacities, IP rating, etc.). For a UK pond owner this means you should not rely on third‑party retailer listings or inferred values when you need accurate manufacturer specifications. If you require a working pump/filter, consider either: (a) selecting a Pontec model that is explicitly documented on pontec.com (for example the 10000, 11000 or 14000 variants) and using that model’s verified spec sheet, or (b) supplying a direct pontec.com URL or manufacturer product code that names the PondoMax Eco 12000 so the exact technical data can be extracted. Alternatively, allow a broader search of third‑party sources (retailer pages, scanned datasheets) if you accept non‑first‑party evidence.
Things to consider
No pontec.com product page, datasheet or manual entry was found that names the exact model 'PondoMax Eco 12000'. The supplied Pontec PondoMax Eco family manual (pontec.com) lists family models but does not include a 12000 model. The dealer catalogue on pontec.com contains performance datapoints (including a flow value of 12000) but does not establish a product with the model name 'PondoMax Eco 12000'. Therefore all model‑specific numeric and technical fields are unknown and set to null.
Installation
No model‑specific installation instructions for a 'PondoMax Eco 12000' were found on pontec.com. Pontec’s PondoMax Eco family manual (covers listed models such as 1500–17000) is available on pontec.com and should be consulted for general PondoMax Eco installation guidance; applicability to a model named 12000 is unverified.
Maintenance
No model‑specific maintenance schedule or intervals for 'PondoMax Eco 12000' were found in the supplied first‑party research. Refer to the official PondoMax Eco family manual on pontec.com for general maintenance practices for the documented family models; do not assume those instructions precisely apply to an undocumented model.
Safety
No pontec.com safety specification (IP rating, depths, protective limits) was found for the exact model name 'PondoMax Eco 12000'. The family manual on pontec.com shows safety and IP information for specific listed models, but those ratings cannot be attributed to the 12000 name without a first‑party source.
