About OASE AquaOxy 5000
The OASE AquaOxy 5000 is a dedicated pond aeration unit intended to add oxygen to pond water via a single air outlet and associated hose. On OASE product pages the unit is presented with a 5.00 m power cable, rated voltage 220–240 V / 50 Hz, protection class IP44 (splash-water protection) and “outdoor installation possible/unlimited”. The manufacturer gives a general pond-size suitability of up to 50.0 m³ (50,000 litres) and states a maximum pressure output of 0.35 bar; however OASE does not publish a maximum head in metres for this model and no UVC specifications are provided (this product is an aerator, not a clarifier).
